Meet the Team

Jeff Hertzel is the President and Chief Manager of TradeWind Services, LLC. Jeff has over 40 years of experience in the nuclear, environmental, management, and engineering industries. Jeff is a certified service disabled veteran and graduate of the US Navy Nuclear Power School. During his navy career, Jeff served onboard two fast attack nuclear submarines. After his discharge from the military, he earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington. Mr. Hertzel has been associated with the Hanford Site for over 30 years, working in both operations and shutdown/ clean up phases. Additionally he was a manager of the Tri-Party Agreement and was responsible for over fifty major Tri-Party Agreement negotiations. Mr. Hertzel started TradeWInd in 2005 with the hope of providing exceptional services and personnel to his clients.
